In the event you want to make or notify us of a claim, we will direct you to our nominated Claims Management Service who are Progress Vehicle Management. Progress Vehicle Management will assess the details of your claim and can provide guidance. They can also provide information relating to your insurance policy arranged through Broker Experts and details of your insurer’s claims team, should you wish to notify your insurer directly.

At the scene of an accident?

Note down a detailed description of what happened, collecting as much information as you can:

• Scene – date, time, location, weather conditions, traffic conditions, road markings/signs/signals
• Vehicles – make, model, registration number, colour, condition, estimated speed, direction, use of lights/indicators, number of passengers
• People – contact details, description/distinguishing features of driver(s), contact details of passengers, pedestrians/other witnesses, details of any police officers involved
• Damage – photographs and/or description of the damage to vehicles/property and any injuries to people involved
