£30K OTE
Are you looking to start a career in Customer Services? Are you confident and customer focused?
No experience is necessary, as our training programme is aimed at providing you with the skills and knowledge you need.
The main role of Trainee Customer Service Executives is to learn our customer services and administration processes, and to provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients, at all times (plus much more).
Your working hours will be 40 hours per week covering shifts between 9:00am – 7:00pm plus every other Saturday 9am - 2pm.
This role comes with a basic salary from £18,000 and an achievable bonus structure giving on target earnings of £27,500 to £30,000.
Customer Service Executive
£35K OTE
Are you an experienced customer service agent? We are looking to expand our exceptionally talented Customer Service team based in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Although insurance experience is preferable, it is not essential as successful candidates will be placed on a training program that will equip them with the necessary skills to become successful Customer Services Executives in the Personal Lines Insurance Industry.
The main role of Customer Service Executives is assist existing clients, offiering them a high level of service at all times (plus much more).
Your working hours will be 40 hours per week covering shifts between 9:00am – 7:00pm plus every other Saturday 9am - 2pm.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £20,000 to £24,000 (depending on experience), with an achievable bonus structure giving on target earnings of £32,500 - £35,000.
